3. Support and Maintenance
- Initial support post-project delivery is complimentary for a specified period.
- Ongoing support and maintenance beyond this period will be subject to
additional charges as agreed in the contract.
4. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals to ensure
project timelines are met.
- Any delays caused by the customer may result in extensions to the project
timeline or additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, Wooshelf grants the customer the rights to the final
deliverables.
- Wooshelf retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information
shared during the course of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Wooshelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Amendments
- Wooshelf reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Continued use
of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
