1. Services Offered

Wooshelf provides services including but not limited to website development, custom software development, design, and maintenance. Any additional services will be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per the agreed-upon milestones.
• Late payments may result in project delays or cancellations.

3. Support and Maintenance

• Initial support post-project delivery is complimentary for a specified period.
• Ongoing support and maintenance beyond this period will be subject to additional charges as agreed in the contract.

4. Customer Obligations

• Customers must provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals to ensure project timelines are met.
• Any delays caused by the customer may result in extensions to the project timeline or additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, Wooshelf grants the customer the rights to the final deliverables.
• Wooshelf retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Wooshelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Amendments

• Wooshelf reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
