Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Wooshelf, we strive to deliver high-quality services in website development, custom software
development, and maintenance. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise that
require cancellation or refunds. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
1. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Wooshelf reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of fees by the customer.
- Lack of response from the customer for a period exceeding one month.
- Delays of more than one month in providing necessary briefings and materials required for
project completion.
- Instances of inappropriate behavior or misconduct from the client.
2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel a project only under the following conditions:
- If Wooshelf fails to meet the initial requirements specified in the signed Functional
Requirements Document (FRD) during Phase 1.
- If Wooshelf fails to meet the signed FRD requirements during Phase 2.
Note: Requests for new features or changes beyond the original scope during Phase 1
or Phase 2 cannot be grounds for cancellation.
3. No Cancellations in Phase 3
Once the project enters Phase 3, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Refund Terms
If a cancellation request is approved:
- If the project is in Phase 1 completion or in Phase 2, 20% of the amount given will be refunded,
while 80% will be deducted as Liquidation of damages caused to the company.
- The customer must complete and submit Form V, specifying the reasons for the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days upon approval of the refund request.
We are committed to maintaining clear communication throughout the project and encourage clients to
share concerns promptly to avoid misunderstandings.
