Subscription Services

If you wish to cancel your subscription to one of our software products, you may do so at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for any further subscription fees.

One-Time Purchases

If you wish to cancel an order for a one-time purchase of our software, you may do so within [2 milestones of the project] of the date of purchase. We will issue a 50% refund for the purchase price. After [2nd milestone], we do not offer refunds for one-time purchases.

Custom Development Services

If you wish to cancel a custom development project, please contact our sales team as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate course of action, which may include issuing a partial refund or providing credit towards future projects.
